Affirmations for creativity.

A quick affirmation practice to strengthen your belief in your creativity. This meditation can be done while still - either seated or laying down - but I like it best while moving. There’s something about linking an affirmation practice with movement, that allows the statements to absorb a little deeper when your just distracted enough with your other tasks. So try this on a walk or while getting ready.
